1: Exfoliate with sugar.
This will not only soften your lips, but it'll also clean them and leave a lingering sweetness behind.
Apply a lip balm or petroleum jelly immediately after exfoliating, at bedtime and throughout an SPF to avoid sun damage.
You might have some tension in your lips that is making them look clenched or tight, and this makes your lips look less kiss-worthy.
A big, genuine smile is attractive, but you don't smile like that all the time. When you make eye contact, whether it's in a conversation or from across the room, curling the corners of your lips upwards can capture the essence of a smile while still showing off your kissable lips.

- Put a pinch of sugar in the palm of your hand.
- Soak the fingertips of the opposite hand with water.
- Mix a few droplets of water with the sugar until it is pasty.
- Apply in a circular motion to your lips in order to exfoliate. Use your index finger and move in gentle small circles, then all the way around the lips.

- Frequent exposure to sunlight can increase the likelihood of lip cancer, especially when combined with alcohol or tobacco use. If you have a lip sore or lump that won't go away, get it checked out.

- One way to make sure your lips are relaxed is to open them slightly, so that there's a tiny sliver between your lips through which air can flow. Not only will this relax your lips, but it'll also make them look bigger because they're subtly parted. If you look at pictures of models, you'll notice that many of them have their lips at least slightly parted.
- For masculine lips, facial hair can hide imperfections. Stubble seems to strike a good balance because it signals masculinity (the ability to grow facial hair) while still maintaining a youthful appearance. Be aware that if you have very sharp stubble, extra long kissing can result in abrasions on your partner's face.
- If you smoke, you'll eventually get "smoker's lines", which are fine lines and wrinkles above your top lip. These will make your lips look less attractive. They can only be prevented by not smoking and they can only be hidden by makeup or facial hair.

Follow a Daily Evening and Morning Regimen
- After brushing your teeth at night, gently rub a moist towel over your lips. This will soothe and remove dead cells.
- Brush your lips with a dry toothbrush. This will exfoliate your lips.
- Apply a bit of Vaseline. Keep it on for the night. Do not use chap stick, for it is considered an addictive substance and can dehydrate your lips, forcing you to use more. Next time you use lipstick, notice your lips before and after: it's a guarantee that your lips will be worse off after.
- In the morning, rub a moist towel over your lips.
- Drink a lot of water. Dry, cracked lips are a major telling factor in dehydration. If you've ever been dehydrated and diagnosed with it by a doctor, the doctor probably took notice of "Bony fingers, Sunken Eyes and Dry/Cracked Lips".
- Apply honey to your lips every night before you sleep. Make it a habit, and you'll get reddish lips like you are wearing lipstick.
- Punch or blend some ginger to get only its juice. Get an egg from village chicken (which live by feeding by itself, not some commercial chicken) and get the egg's yolk. Mix the juice with the yolk and put it as your breakfast menu every morning. You will have fresher looking lips in no time.
- Also, put moisturizer (a lot of it) on lips n keep it on for 5-10 min then scrub it off with a wet toothbrush n put lip balm on your lips......this will keep em soft n supple!
- Do not lick your lips...EVER. This will cause them to get really dry, cracked/chapped and you will need more chap stick.
